TSIREN MINCE MEAT
INGREDIENTS:
•Minced Beef -2 cups
•Yaji (normal irin na yan suya)– 2 tea spoons
•1 small onion (Finely chopped)
•1 egg
•Salt and maggi to taste
•Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
•1 table spoon Oil
•Tsinken tsire.
PROCEDURE:
-Da farko zaki jika tsinken tsirin ki a ruwan
sanyi ki barshi yayi kaman 1-2hrs
-Sai ki sami kwano ki hada nama, da albasa, da kwai, da garin
yaji, garin tsidifi, maggi gishiri, ki cakuda ki juya dinki, ki juya
